1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of martume.com and all purchases made through our store. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services or make purchases.

3. Contract Formation

By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected items. A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email.

We do not store contract texts separately. The order confirmation contains all relevant details.

4. Print‑on‑Demand Products

All physical items are custom‑made after an order is placed. Production and fulfillment are handled by third‑party partners such as Printify or Monster Digital.

Because items are individually produced, orders cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases of:

• manufacturing defects
• damaged items
• incorrect items received

Customers must report issues within 14 days of delivery.

5. Digital Products

All digital sales are final once the download link is delivered. By purchasing digital content, you agree that the download may be provided immediately and that your right to withdraw may be waived where applicable.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. For EU customers, prices may be displayed in EUR.

As a small business under §19 German VAT Act, no VAT is charged or displayed.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, credit cards, and PayPal (if enabled).

7. Shipping & Fulfillment

Production and shipping are handled by third‑party fulfillment partners. Delivery times vary by region and are estimates only.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, product descriptions, and content on martume.com are the intellectual property of Poul Erik Mark Larsen. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• misuse the site
• attempt unauthorized access
• interfere with security features
• use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• violate applicable laws

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
