1. Print‑on‑Demand Items

All physical items sold through martume.com are produced individually after an order is placed (print‑on‑demand). Because each item is custom‑made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless one of the following applies:

• the product arrives damaged
• the product has a manufacturing defect
• the wrong item, size, or color was delivered

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Production and fulfillment are handled by third‑party partners such as Monster Digital or Printful. Minor variations in print placement, color, or material may occur and are not considered defects.

2. Digital Products

All digital products are non‑refundable once the download link has been delivered. By purchasing digital content, you agree that the download may be provided immediately and that your right to withdraw may be waived where applicable.

3. Unauthorized Returns

Unapproved or unsolicited returns cannot be accepted. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered only in cases of:

• damaged items
• manufacturing defects
• incorrect items delivered

For all other cases, return shipping is not available because custom‑made items cannot be restocked.

5. Refunds

If your claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. How to Submit a Claim

• your full name

• the email address used at checkout
• photos of the issue
• a short description of the problem

7. Processing Time

We aim to review and respond to refund claims within 5–7 business days. Complex cases may require additional time.
