1. Print-on-Demand Items

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was delivered.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.

2. Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

3. Unauthorized Returns

Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
